A Sycamore, Illinois attorney admitted turning a trick for $100 less than three months before receiving her law license as she pleaded guilty Wednesday to a misdemeanor prostitution charge.
Reema Bajaj, 26, was sentenced to two years of court supervision, fined $2,500, ordered to complete 50 hours of community service work and undergo a psychological evaluation.
Bajaj was charged in June 2011 after authorities discovered emails between her and an unidentified man that related to prostitution, DeKalb police said after her arrest.
Bajaj accepted $100 to have sex with a man at his DeKalb apartment on Aug. 13, 2010, prosecutor Charles Colburn said in court Wednesday.
