Slanty Eyed Gook Young Kang karate chops Chicago's 46th Ward Ald. James Cappleman over her pigeon dinner
A 59-year-old woman is accused of shoving an alderman she thought should have “better things to do’’ than sweeping up breadcrumbs she left for pigeons in the Uptown neighborhood North Side, police said today.
Young Kang, of the 4900 block of North Winthrop Avenue, was charged Thursday afternoon with misdemeanor battery and cited with two counts of dumping refuse on the public way, police said.
About 2:30 p.m. Thursday, 46th Ward Ald. James Cappleman saw her dropping bread crumbs on the ground in the 800 block of West Wilson Avenue, police said.
When Cappleman began sweeping them up, she apparently had a problem with that and said: “You are the alderman, I voted for you,’’ according to a police report. “You should not be sweeping up bread crumbs.’’
