Chicago Police Officer Brian Berka files a lawsuit against the Illegal Beaner Pizza Delivery Man who struck his squad car


A Chicago police officer man filed a $50,000.00+ lawsuit today against a local pizzeria after getting into a crash last year with one of its drivers while he was on duty.
The lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court alleges a driver working for DiNico’s Pizza Berwyn Inc. failed to yield to a police car while it had its emergency lights and sirens on and crashed into the driver’s side of the police car on May 13. 2011. The lawsuit also names Nickolas Cruz, the driver, as a defendant.

Also to the person who says he should sue for more than $50,000, the suit says hes asking for a sum OVER $50,000
