Nothing makes me happier than dirty filthy Gypsies get busted - New Lenox Police arrest the Frank Family Gypsies
New Lenox police say a family of thieves made their capture easy by returning to the same Wal-Mart where they had stolen items earlier this month.
Deputy Chief Robert Pawlisz said Jason F. Frank, 34; Richard Frank, 33; and Ace L. Frank, 19, went to the store at 501 E. Lincoln Highway and one of them began arguing with a clerk as a diversion. The others than stole an Xbox Kinect video game system and some cell phones, Pawlisz said.
When the trio returned to Wal-Mart Tuesday afternoon, management called police, who arrived to find one of the suspects arguing with an employee.
Jason Frank and Ace Frank were carrying unprescribed pain medication at the time of their arrests, and Ace Frank also had a small amount of marijuana, Pawlisz said.
The Franks, all of Chicago’s North Side, were charged with burglary and shoplifting, while Jason and Ace Frank also were charged with drug offenses.
