UPDATE: Autopsy finds 2-year-old girl died from multiple beating injuries

A 2-year-old girl found unresponsive Saturday night after being left in the care of a man now being questioned in her death died from multiple injuries following a beating and abuse.
A man is being questioned following the death of a 2-year-old girl who was found unresponsive Saturday on the South Side with what police said appeared to be human bite marks and bruises, according to authorities.
The girl, Armani Pickin Cotton, was pronounced dead at Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center at 4:42 p.m., a spokeswoman for Cook County medical examiner's office said.
Chicago police are conducting a death investigation, Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said. The case hasn't been classified a homicide.
