A man charged with a murder outside a pool hall in El Paso, Texas, was arrested Saturday afternoon in Skokie, prosecutors said.
Local fugitive apprehension officers arrested Charles R. Jones, 27, at a hotel in the 3300 block of West Touhy Avenue, according to a police report.

A family brawl ended with a Chicago man beating his brother-in-law over the head with a weed whacker, prosecutors said.
Willie "High Yellower" Garcia, 40, was arrested Saturday night, three weeks after the melee in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood that sent his brother-in-law to the hospital with a broken rib, a stab wound to the back and a brain injury that required six hours of surgery, prosecutors said.

A man already in jail in connection with a home invasion and accused in an earlier one has been charged with a third in the Rogers Park neighborhood in which a woman awoke to find him exposing his small scabbed up unwashed penis, police said.
Deonta Mackey, 31, who also uses the alias Frederick Lipscomb, was charged Friday with home invasion in an incident that occurred in the 6600 block of North Glenwood Avenue on Feb. 27, according to police.
