Authorities charged a 44-year-old North Side woman with throwing rubbing alcohol in a bus driver’s face during a dispute over her fare. Patricia Washington, of the 6000 block of North Ridge Avenue, is expected in bond court Sunday. She’s charged with aggravated battery of a transit employee, according to Chicago police.
