He was inches from death after being shot last week... Today Del Pearson comes home... WELCOME HOME BIG GUY!


CHICAGO (CBS) – A Chicago Police officer who was critically wounded when he was shot in the chest while chasing a suspect earlier this month is going home from the hospital. As CBS 2’s Marissa Bailey reports, Officer Del Pearson left Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn on Tuesday, eight days after he was shot in the chest and lost nearly two-thirds of his blood.

Way to go big Guy. Blessings and enjoy being home with family and friends. Take care and don't go back to work, at least for a few years, if ever. . plenty of time for that in the future, but for now, get 100% better.!!!
