Does anybody initially believe that the "victim" pulled over to apologize and then was shot? Way more likely he was the aggressor to start with but let us hope a competent investigation is done so that the truth is known. I would like to know if evidence shows he was sitting in his car when shot or if he was outside of his car confronting the other driver.
