Correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is that when Emmit Till's body was exhumed for further testing, the organization responsible for his body paid for a new casket for his reburial. How come they didn't take possession of the old casket for historical purposes but instead allow Burr Oak cemetary to do what they want with the old casket?
